Lions, and Tiggers, and Parents...Oh my!
Happy Halloween, everybody! Tonight, the student ministry team all got together with their kids over at Sam and Amy Hannon's house and had dinner and some rockin' trick-or-treating. It was great! We had a whole caravan of people heading through the neighborhood. Abe was a very cute (but very scary!) lion with a big afro. Here's a pic of him with cutie-pie Ellie "Tigger" Schafer. They want candy!

Welcome Back!
Well hey, everybody! It's good to be back on the web! The
Archer household is a rockin' and rollin' along. We're going through the joys of having a 6-month-old and the hectic preparations for another one in a few months!
Abe is doing great. We went for our check-up last week, and the doctor informed us that he's perfect. Of course, we already knew that. He is one of the biggest babies our doctor could remember, though!
We've got sitting up and rolling over down. Now we're working on crawling and pulling up. We got Abe this little monkey last weekend that rolls around the floor when you touch it, so hopefully he'll start chasing after that soon!

Overwhelming News!
Hey, Everybody! I know, I know...it's been FOREVER since we've updated. We stink at blogging. I'm sure we're not the worst bloggers in the world, but we may be second or third.
Anyway, we've been truckin' along over here at the Archer's. Abe is huge, and getting bigger everyday. He's really fun to hang out with, and he laughs all the time! He's sitting up now, and he'll reach out for stuff that he wants, too. Sadly, he still has trouble rolling from his stomach to his back. (That's a lot of weight to roll over!) He loves to get in his Jumperoo and just bounce the day away.
Well, many of you know our big news, but we haven't told the world wide web yet...Abe is getting a little brother!!!
Kerrie and I got pregnant just a couple of weeks after Abe's arrival, and we found out a couple of weeks ago that we're going to be having a boy! He's due around January 26th and we couldn't be more excited! It was very unexpected, but such a huge blessing. It looks like Kerrie's going to keep raising a houseful of boys...Me, Abe, Riley, Sancho, and little Tater! Pray for her!
It's so neat to see God's hand and know his plans are so much bigger than our little minds can grasp. He always has best for us!
